How it works…
On entering the service users’ home, the support worker simply dials the ezitracker freephone number from the landline and enters their unique PIN. At this point ezitracker has captured the details of the carer who is attending the site, the client details and the start time of the call. The attendance of the support worker is confirmed by the answered service to ensure the support worker understands where they are at in the process.
On completing the visit, the support worker will follow the same process by calling the freephone number, confirming the visit has been completed.
All of the data regarding the start and end times of the visit is populated in CareFree in real time and visits are identified when a support worker is on site.
Additional information can be used in CareFree to identify planned v’s actual times and have complete verification that visits have in fact taken place.
