We hosted a series of FREE CareFree Essentials webinars in February and March which were open to all customers. We are pleased the sessions went well and received positive feedback. This gave everybody the opportunity to train new staff or plug any gaps for existing staff members. We have also seen an increase in remote training sessions to keep up with the demands of Covid–19. Please get in touch if you require any training for existing or new members of staff.
In addition to the external training sessions, Dan Harlow from the support team led many internal Ci sessions in prep for its launch this month. We are committed to upskilling our staff on all products to ensure we offer you the best support. These were Dan’s first sessions and they were very well received. This is great news as he is looking to do more in the future.
The training team have also been busy creating the new guidance for the Ci Portal, Ci Mobile App and OnCall App. We understand how crucial it is to run your business efficiently so these guides will help you get the most out of each one.
Finally, one of our key trainers, Lyndsay has now left CareFree for an exciting new role. She had been with the company for three years and will be sadly missed. Best of luck Lyndsay.
