The training team have been busy during lockdown and adapted the training sessions which are now being delivered remotely. Since the start of lockdown, we have delivered 30 remote sessions which has been successful. The feedback has been great as 100% of attendees confirmed they would attend another online session.
Dan Harlow from the support team has had more involvement with Ci following his interest in training so will be having a dual role. He’s already delivered two training sessions and will also be doing training videos for support. Dan will also be writing the guide for the form builder to enhance your report and make your experiences easier.
We have also been busy working on the next version of RoadRunner 5.0 Web API which brings increased security as well as other features. It is currently being tested and should be released in approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
