Although we were obviously concerned that moving from one system to another could be problematic, the Transfer Team at CareFree ensured it was a very smooth and professional switchover.
Their rostering system, which links to invoice and carer payments reduced our paperwork and time to process, majorly freeing up our managers and back-office staff. In addition, the development of RoadRunner not only allowed us to be more efficient with our roster but gave us key information when it came to NMW compliance and even topped-up carer payments when/if they became due!!”
